It is where most of my experience has been gained, and the audience for whom I write books.

How do I make contact?

When you call, please expect to leave a message, and you will be called backĀ  when next available (most time is used helping clients.)

How do I decide if this therapy/therapist is for me?

When you call by phone we will discuss your challenge/objectives. During that discussion, together, we will develop an initial sense of how best to approach your challenge/objectives. You can then decide whether to progress to an initial appointment. Usually one appointment is all that is required.

How do I pay for therapy?

By Bank Transfer. All therapy is paid for in advance. If you provide notice of cancellation or postponement 7 working days prior to your appointment a full refund less transaction charges will be provided.

Can my health insurer pay for my therapy?

Health insurers place restrictions on what can be done and in how many sessions. Since most therapy lasts only one session, the costs of administration for one session are too large to make viable.

How many sessions will it take?

Many leaders and executives can successfully address their challenges in just one session. Rarely is more than one session required. More complex challenges or objectives can take many sessions.

Who will decide how many sessions I have?

You. You will know whether your challenge has been addressed or your objectives achieved. We strongly advise that you only engage with a therapist who leaves the choice of the number of sessions with you.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, as long as the person agrees to observe without any input. Any such session will be recorded.

Can I have therapy by Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype?

Yes. However, you need to be aware that video conferencing, and video over internet systems are far from being reliable, and your session may be interrupted for reasons beyond your control or ours. You also need to be aware that the subtlety of communication necessary for an effective therapeutic rapport can be impaired by the signal filtering that is part of all video conferencing.

Where can I have my therapy?

In or around central Central London, if you opt for face-to-face therapy. You will be given the specific address at the appropriate time.
